CRNA Locum - Florida Lake City Hospital

ANESTHESIA NEEDS:  1x 8hr (0700-1500) 2x 10hr (0700-1700) – All shifts are M-F, no call and no weekends ideal staffing is 3x APP present for above shifts x5 days per week

SITE DETAILS:
Hospital EMR is Meditech, Anesthesia EMR is Medaxion Pulse iPad system with automatic data input from monitors/machine
Case Types: General/Ortho/Urology/GI/rare vascular/rare gyn. No OB/Peds/Trauma/CT Acuity? Low/Medium
Support staff: Small Center, no dedicated anesthesia technician – general OR support staff

QUALIFICATIONS:
CV/Resume
Board Certification
ACLS, BLS, PALS
Preferred experience level: 3+ years required 5+ years preferred
